Our home care service offers care and support to help you remain living independently in your own home. It is for anyone with a care and support need, including learning difficulties, mental health support issues, older people who are frail, or those with physical disabilities.
With home care, you’ll receive a personalised, flexible and reliable service that is tailored to your specific needs. We respect the individuality of all our residents and aim to ensure our services improve quality of life for people of all ages and abilities.
Our staff are highly-trained and friendly, and can help with everything from personal care to general support and companionship.
Our home care service can help you with:
- Personal care such as bathing, dressing, assistance with food preparation and feeding
- Domestic chores such as laundry, tidying your home and ironing
- Support with going out
- Support with getting to appointments
- Support with shopping
- Support with meals, including budgeting and menu planning
Our home care service is registered with the Care Quality Commission and can be accessed through a social services or NHS referral, or by requesting and funding this independently.
