We provide care and support services to residents on the Isle of Wight for a range of different needs.
We are regularly inspected by the Quality Care Commission, who audit what we do based on five key themes; whether we are Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led.
Please get in touch whether you need practical, non-personal support, 24-hour residential care, or help remaining independent in your own home.
We have been rated either good or outstanding for our care homes, joining only 4% of care providers across England and Wales who achieved an overall outstanding rating for care homes for people with a learning disability.
Our complaints procedure
Southern 360’s Supporting Independence and Care service (SI&C) regards all complaints as an opportunity to improve customer service and satisfaction. We will work with you to resolve any complaint or concern you have in an honest and transparent way.
If the complaint or concern is regarding the provision of a care or support service provided by SI&C staff, then the SI&C Complaints Policy and Procedure will be followed.
If the complaint is regarding the Intensive Housing Management service or the accommodation, then the Southern Housing Group Complaint process will be followed. To find out how our complaints process works please read through the Complaints Process Procedure. In addition to the new policy the Group have also introduced a Reasonable Adjustments Policy in line with the Housing Ombudsman Code.
