Southern Housing Group have partnered with Family Action to support people through the Covid-19 pandemic and provide some financial assistance* to those who need it most. As an official partner of Family Action we can apply for funding on your behalf providing you meet the qualifying criteria. The funding could help you pay for items such as utility bills, food, toys and activities along with other essential items.

If you are struggling financially and your situation has been caused or made worse by the impact of Covid-19, please email Self.Referral@shgroup.org.uk and a member of our team will then contact you to discuss your application.

Please note this fund is only available to Southern Housing Group residents (including Crown Simmons) that are not currently receiving support from us.

Please include your name, address and a contact telephone number in your email and outline briefly why you need support. While we will share some information with Family Action all details received will be treated in full confidence. Our team will  be in touch to explain more

*Please note that applications will close from 21st Dec and will reopen on 4th January.
